Meenakshi Sundararajan Group of Institutions:We are shaping the future of education.The campus has a rich history of over 75 years, and we are entering a new era - reimagining how institutions work.We believe that institutions can be transformed when people feel inspired, empowered, and aligned.We are looking for a transformational people leader who will help us build a campus culture that is:Professional and accountableWarm, respectful, and team-drivenForward-thinking and globally benchmarkedRooted in purpose and student successThis role requires a strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and compliance.The ideal candidate will have 12–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with exposure to education, large campus environments, or multi-institution setups.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transition to a highly professional, ethical, and accountable work environment across all institutions.The transformational people leader will establish a culture of performance, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.The job involves developing a unified HR strategy across all campus institutions while respecting the unique needs of each.The transformational people leader will also design and implement a robust performance management framework with clear KRA/KPI expectations.The role includes building a strong pipeline of high-quality educators, administrators, and leadership talent.The transformational people leader will also introduce leadership development programs and upskilling pathways.The selected candidate will foster healthy employee relations through transparent and fair HR practices.The transformational people leader will ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and institutional policies.The role requires exceptional communication, people skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.This is not a typical HR job.
