We're looking for a dynamic Process & Sales Trainer to work with one of India’s leading automobile brands. In this off-role position via NIIT Ltd, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales excellence at company's dealerships by installing processes and training sales teams on products and techniques.Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) on product & sales skills to dealer teamsInstall and maintain the sales process across assigned dealershipsConduct audits and monitor adherence to QLQD and other standardsDrive new product launch training programsHelp dealers recruit capable Sales ExecutivesMaintain training records and DSE (Dealer Sales Executive) databaseAnalyze sales performance and training effectivenessUse digital tools to enable modern sales processesContinuously refresh training for existing teams to boost productivityProvide real-time demonstrations and coaching in field scenariosKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):% of DSEs trained (vs. target)DSE productivity (Retail/DSE)Sales process adherence (QLQD score)Successful onboarding of new dealershipsTraining data analysis & reportingEducation:Graduate or above – Engineering/Diploma preferredExperience:2–5 years as a Sales TrainerPrior automobile sales experience is a strong plusAge: Between 25–35 yearsGender: Male (as per role-specific field requirements)Other Requirements:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital training toolsStrong communication, observation, and coaching skillsAbility to travel locally and conduct field-based training sessionsPosition Details:Type: Off-role (via NIIT Ltd)Reporting to: Head – Sales TrainingLocation: Chennai (with dealership visits as required)Compensation: As per market norms (Current CTC must be within defined range)
