Earthside Farms is seeking a skilled Copywriter and SEO Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft engaging, high-quality content and copy while driving strategies to enhance our online visibility through SEO. You will have the opportunity to blend creativity and analytical skills to strengthen Earthside Farms' digital presence, helping us connect with our health-conscious and indulgence-seeking audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Write persuasive, engaging copy for blogs, product pages, email campaigns, social media, and ads.
- Develop compelling product descriptions that communicate Earthside Farms’ unique value propositions and drive sales.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure copy aligns with visuals and campaign objectives.
- Adapt tone and messaging to fit various platforms and audience segments while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
SEO:
- Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for high-performing keywords.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and images to align with SEO best practices.
- Audit and enhance the technical performance of the website, addressing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms. Provide detailed reports on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing their SEO strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, ensuring strategies remain effective and compliant with search engine guidelines.
- Partner with agencies, graphic designers, and the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive implementation of SEO strategies.
Content Strategy and Performance:
- Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze copy performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and refine a content calendar that balances SEO priorities with audience needs.
Collaboration and Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform copy creation.
Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of experience in copywriting and SEO.
- Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-driven copy across multiple formats and platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including SEO-optimized copy.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in the food, wellness, or CPG industry..
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for crafting copy that connects with health-conscious consumers.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹3,50,000 to ₹9,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
