Unlock Global IT OpportunitiesAs a seasoned IT Projects Sourcing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and bringing new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to our organization.This exciting opportunity is perfect for professionals with strong connections in the IT industry, who understand global technology trends, and can convert leads into successful engagements.You will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across various domains, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and Staff Augmentation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing: Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Build relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding Support:Coordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account Ownership:Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & Expansion:Track industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand our service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Experience:Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).We Offer:A High Commission-Based Earning ModelCommission on:RFP/RFQ/Tender IdentificationSuccessful Bid SubmissionsNew Client AcquisitionProject Conversions (Web, Mobile, AI, DevOps)Staff Augmentation PlacementProject Extensions & UpsellsRenewals (performance-based)Remote & Flexible Work ModelNo fixed office timingsNo daily reporting pressureFull independence in managing your pipeline.Ideal Candidate Profile:Independent, proactive, and self-driven.Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem.Ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.Target-oriented with a passion for growth and conversions.],
