Job Title: Business Growth StrategistAbout the Role:The role of a Business Growth Strategist is pivotal in driving business expansion. We seek an experienced individual to spearhead this initiative.The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with clients, building a strong network, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.Main Responsibilities:Maintain positive working relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams.Onboard both Direct as well as MSP clients effectively.BUILD a robust database & establish rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients.Utilize proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills.Foster a strong and extensive client network and relationships.Pursue new clients for contract staffing opportunities.Demonstrate end-to-end contract staffing process knowledge.Lead pipeline building and solicit new leads.Effectively FOLLOW up with each prospect/lead, developing more than 50% into signed contracts.Develop new Client Acquisition processes and net new sales process setup.Deliver CUSTOMER Relationship Management and excellence.Understand P&L, Costing, and Budgeting concepts.Manage client feedback and SLA/NDA maintenance.Escalate issues, perform Account Mining, and prepare client dashboards.Submit various reports on recruitment performance.Key Qualifications:Proven track record of success in business development and sales.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.We Offer:A competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.What's Next?Apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding career as a Business Growth Strategist.
