Help Desk Analyst RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Help Desk Analyst. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system as first response.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective technical assistance to users via multiple channels.Monitor and supervise IT systems to identify potential issues.Diagnose and resolve incidents, requests, or inquiries in a professional manner.Evaluate and escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels according to established protocols.Log all incidents, service requests, and actions in the IT Service Management system.Track and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closure.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors.Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.Analyze recurring issues and propose preventive solutions to improve overall service delivery.Ensure Service Level Agreement compliance and high-quality service delivery standards.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Collaborate with other support teams to achieve shared goals.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Relevant vocational training or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proficiency in ticketing tools, such as Jira Service Desk, is an asset.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
