We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving production issues across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modulesResponsible for resolving production issues and handling custom enhancements independentlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issuesRequirements:7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical supportStrong knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle ReportsExperience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loadingExpertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layersCandidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interviewBenefits:Opportunity to work with a leading technology companyCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and development opportunitiesPreferred Skills:Oracle APEXTech support experience in SCM modules for 4+ years minimumRelevant Module Experience Required (Please Mention in Resume): Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA)This is a contract position for 6 months.
