As pioneers in the remote-first workforce, we combine work from anywhere with internet.We seek a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Employee Experience:Drive high-touch onboarding experiences; ensure new hires feel supported.Organize engagement, recognition & culture programs that boost belonging and retention.Answer employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency and high engagement.HR Operational Excellence:Improve how we use HR Tools to automate routine tasks.Manage employee data, documentation and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Execute internal policy around company asset and data management for secure access and accountability.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.Support Strategic Projects:Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, using data to spot trends and recommend action.Requirements:You'll be a great fit if you:Bring 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Have some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Have a track record of executing engagement or culture programs with measurable impact.Excel at people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Are high on ownership, integrity, and come with a learning mindset.Hold a Bachelor's in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
