Job Role:As a strategic associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Formulate business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics to inform informed decision-making.Develop initiatives to improve operational processes, customer experience, and profitability by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including conducting regulatory, market, and risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with product and technical teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows to enhance the overall user experience.Conduct feasibility and impact analyses for new mobile money features, services, and innovations to ensure they align with business objectives.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.Provide project management support to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and meet business goals.Requirements:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Have strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques, such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Be able to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
