Role OverviewThis is a key position in our organization that focuses on creating and executing impactful social media strategies.Key Responsibilities:Understand client objectives and deliver designs according to brand guidelines, leading to increased customer engagement.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various platforms.Create compelling visual content, such as logos, designs, print, and digital media that meet industry standards.Maintain awareness of current trends, including social media landscapes, competitive analysis, and market insights.Design innovative ideas for daily tasks, company services, product presentations, and client pitches.Make confident design decisions and support colleagues in developing their ideas.Requirements:Qualifications: Degree (or equivalent) in Media or related field.At least 1-2 years' experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on branding and brand building.A proven track record of creative idea generation and development.Ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and their impact on design.Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.Fluency in English.Ability to motivate and work effectively with others on the team.Confident, result-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated.Proficiency in design software, Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
