About the Role:

We're hiring a Brand Designer for a forward-thinking design consultancy that's redefining how strategy and storytelling shape brands. In this role, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft visual identities, narratives, and experiences that connect deeply with people and purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop distinctive brand identities—including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides
  • Craft visuals and assets across digital, print, and environmental media
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and writers to ensure a cohesive brand vision
  • Translate insights into design systems and scalable visual languages
  • Present ideas and concepts clearly to both internal teams and clients
  • Support or mentor junior designers when needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in brand or visual design
  • A well-rounded portfolio showcasing brand identity, design systems, and storytelling
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field preferred
