Accelerate Revenue GrowthWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Senior Associate to join our team.This role is part of our Commercial Excellence Strategy team, driving the company's strategic goals by partnering with business leaders to achieve our growth agenda.Define Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Strategy Lead to define the strategic programs and quarterly/half-yearly plans required to achieve India's multi-year plan (MYP) objectives and bookings targets.Collaborate on Execution & Insights: Work cross-functionally with India Commercial stakeholders and global Commercial Excellence teams to translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks, driving the implementation of transformational programs and gathering intelligence on customer buying trends.Ensure Strategic Delivery: Track progress on key strategic programs, develop robust business cases and financial models, and ensure cross-functional alignment and the delivery of measurable outcomes for the India business.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, or a strategy role within a high-growth organization.They should possess strong knowledge of market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting.A proven ability in strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating strategy into execution, and leading by influence across a matrixed, cross-functional organization is essential.Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence are required, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics).
