Role SummaryThe Online Revenue Planner is responsible for driving digital revenue growth through data-driven planning, forecasting, and optimization of online monetization channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop short-term and long-term online revenue forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.Build comprehensive revenue models based on traffic, conversion, pricing, and yield assumptions.Track actuals versus plan and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Performance Analysis & OptimizationMonitor daily/weekly/monthly revenue performance across digital channels to inform strategic decisions.Analyse key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, ARPU, yield, CAC, and LTV to optimise monetisation efficiency.Recommend actionable steps to improve monetisation efficiency and ROI.Channel & Monetization StrategySupport revenue planning for various channels including paid media, organic, affiliates, partnerships, and direct sales.Optimise pricing, promotions, inventory, and campaign mix to maximise revenue potential.Collaborate with product and marketing teams on monetisation initiatives to drive business growth.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams to align revenue goals and strategies.Prepare regular revenue reports and dashboards for leadership to inform decision-making.Support quarterly and annual business planning cycles to ensure strategic alignment.Market & Trend InsightsTrack industry trends, competitor performance, and market benchmarks to identify new revenue opportunities.Provide market and trend insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.2-6+ years of experience in revenue planning, digital analytics, or commercial roles.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.Experience with analytics tools (GA, Adobe, BI tools, SQL preferred).
