Job Title: Regional Human Resources ManagerAt a fast-growing company, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional HR Manager to join our leadership team. As a senior-level HR professional, you will partner closely with the executive team to drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with experience in leading end-to-end HR operations and managing complex HR projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Key responsibilities include:Leading HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and exitsDeveloping and implementing HR policies and proceduresManaging compensation and benefits planning, payroll oversight, and statutory complianceDriving performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, calibrations, and development plansRequirements:* Strong HR generalist experience with at least 4 years of progressive HR responsibility* Deep understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, payroll structure, and statutory requirements* Experience managing performance cycles, employee relations, and talent development* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and integrityWe offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where professionals thrive.
