Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR operations, administering employee benefits programs, maintaining compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Additionally, the role involves ensuring effective communication across departments and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications - A strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices - Expertise in Benefits Administration and HR Management - Experience managing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with the ability to ensure compliance - Exceptional organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in an HR context - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Experience in luxury or high-end brand environments is a plus
