Compliance Officer – RBI Regulatory ExpertThis is a key role within the organization, focusing on ensuring comprehensive compliance with RBI norms and regulations.Evaluate and implement RBI guidelines to ensure end-to-end compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.Manage the submission of timely regulatory filings and reports via RBI portals.Analyze RBI circulars, develop implementation notes, and maintain organization-wide compliance.Develop, implement, and regularly review internal policies aligned with RBI directives.Coordinate correspondence and respond to RBI communications, inspections, audits, and scrutiny.Maintain an up-to-date Regulatory Compliance Calendar, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Provide critical compliance insights to business teams on related party transactions, group exposure, outsourcing, borrowings, and guarantees.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, RBI NBFC guidelines, and relevant financial regulations. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, along with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, is essential for success in this position.
