We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Support Engineer to manage and support our enterprise systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Zip (procurement orchestration), and Concur (expense management). This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining integrations, and ensuring optimal performance across platformsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1–3 support for NetSuite, Zip, and Concur users across departmentsTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutionsMaintain and enhance integrations between NetSuite, Zip, and Concur using APIs or middlewareCreate and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows in NetSuiteSupport procurement workflows and vendor onboarding in ZipAdminister Concur configurations, including expense policies, user roles, and audit rulesCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system improvementsDocument system configurations, processes, and support proceduresCoordinate with vendors and third-party consultants as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of experience supporting NetSuite ERPExperience with Zip procurement platform and SAP ConcurFamiliarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for NetSuite customizationStrong understanding of financial processes: procure-to-pay, expense reporting, and general ledgerExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsNetSuite Certifications: SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or Administrator.Experience with NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and SuiteBilling.Knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld (multi-entity, multi-currency, global tax setup).Experience with middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoftFamiliarity with SOX compliance and audit controlsExperience in SaaS or high-growth environmentsUnderstanding of SOX compliance and controls in a public company.
