Job Title: Guest Services SpecialistAs a Guest Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient reservation services. Your primary responsibility will be to process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies according to company policies.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with US customers via phone or other communication channels. You must be fluent in English with a clear voice and familiarity with US accents.We are looking for individuals who can work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to new software and tools. Prior experience in reservations, sales, or customer service is highly valued, especially if you have worked with US clients.Key Responsibilities:Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform additional related duties as required.Requirements:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.Benefits:Work Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zonesSalary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)Education: Skills, experience, and voice quality hold higher value than formal degrees
