About the Job  

We are seeking a Team Lead with experience in RPA development to join PAteam, a leading consultancy specializing in Robotic Process Automation. You will guide, mentor, and manage a dynamic technical team, ensuring growth, performance, and collaboration. This role requires expertise in RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), strong leadership, communication, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you'll drive continuous learning and help maintain a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation across the team.

These responsibilities are core but not limited to the scope of the role.  

 

Requirements:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). 
  • 5+ years in team management. 
  • Background in Team Lead and Development roles using RPA technology integration. 
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. 
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English – B2/C1  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • UiPath certification and Agile methodologies experience. 
  • Software development knowledge (JavaScript, Python, .NET). 
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role
