Hyperautomation Practice is seeking Presales Consultants with 8-15 years of relevant experience.


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal and Technical Solutions Specialist with over 9 years of expertise in responding to proposals, creating technical solutions, and preparing for customer orals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the proposal response process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Develop and present innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs, utilizing technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Low-code platforms, Generative AI, and others.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling customer orals and presentations.
  • Collaborate independently with the Sales team to draft responses for proactive proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Engage effectively with customers and LTIMindtree’s senior leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and hyperautomation technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in proposal and technical solution development.


Qualifications (Must have skills):

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in presales and technical solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience responding to proposals and creating technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and good knowledge in preparing for customer orals.
  • Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft).
  • Capability to visualize and explain automation solutions using RPA, IDP, Low-code platforms, Generative AI, and other technologies.
  • Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis is preferred.
