Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using leading RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. You will be responsible for automating business processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing systems.
  • Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation across various business functions.
  • Develop and maintain robots that handle repetitive tasks efficiently while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
  • Test and deploy RPA robots and ensure they function as expected in production environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of RPA bots, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for RPA workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and continuously improve automation processes.
  • Participate in the development of RPA governance frameworks and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or a similar role, with hands-on experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with workflow design, process automation, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python for automating workflows.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL for managing data across automated systems.
  • Familiarity with process mining tools and techniques for identifying automation opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions.
  • Good understanding of business processes across finance, HR, customer service, or other enterprise functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Blue Prism Developer Certification, or Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
  • Experience with advanced RPA features like AI/ML integration, attended/unattended robots, and orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration with RPA tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with other automation tools and technologies (e.g., Workflow Automation, BPM).
