Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Oracle FDI specialist to design, develop and implement advanced data solutions across enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Oracle FDI solutions.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics and integration requirements.Develop scalable data models, pipelines and FDI artifacts to support enterprise reporting needs.Optimize data structures and ensure data accuracy, consistency and availability.Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM teams to align FDI solutions with functional processes.Provide technical guidance, best practices and mentorship to team members.Troubleshoot data and integration issues and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with security, governance and performance standards.Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or related Oracle analytics/data engineering roles.Strong hands-on experience in data modeling, dimensional modeling and building enterprise data structures.Solid understanding and practical exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules.Experience in developing Oracle FDI dashboards, data flows, KPIs and reports.Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, debugging and performance optimization.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
