Job OverviewThe Business Development Leader - IT Services Sales, will be responsible for driving the company's revenue growth, setting strategic sales direction, and leading the entire business development lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure at an enterprise level. This role requires extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales, a deep understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively hunt for, negotiate, and close deals with new enterprise-level clients for IT services and solutions (e.G., software development, cloud services, digital transformation, AI solutions, etc.).Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and train the business development and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets its targets.Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts to the executive leadership team.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new industry trends, potential opportunities, and effective strategies for market penetration.Proposal & Presentation Development: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and deliver tailored sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure high-quality service delivery.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.Typically 5+ years of proven, progressive experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding large sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.Experience managing and leading a sales team is essential.Exceptional B2B selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of IT products, services, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong leadership capabilities and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.Company Overview:US Tech Solutions is a global consulting and IT services company specializing in providing talent solutions, strategic workforce management, and IT consulting to businesses of various sizes, including Fortune 500 companies.
