Job Title: Enterprise Cloud Solutions EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Solutions Engineer to lead the design, governance, and execution of cloud-native DevOps strategies across data and AI-driven platforms.This role is critical in shaping the future of scalable, secure, and automated delivery pipelines for global clients across industries such as energy, healthcare, automotive, and consumer goods.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting complex CI/CD ecosystems, driving cloud transformation, and mentoring engineering teams — with deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and multi-environment automation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and strategy of enterprise DevOps frameworks across Azure, including CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and pipeline security.Design and implement scalable, multi-tenant CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) for applications, data pipelines (ADF, Synapse), and analytics (Power BI, Databricks).Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, and enforce governance via Azure Policy, GitOps, and compliance-as-code.Establish enterprise DevSecOps practices, integrating SAST/DAST, secret scanning, vulnerability management, and automated compliance checks into every stage of the pipeline.Define and enforce standardized deployment models (blue-green, canary, feature flags) across development, testing, staging, and production environments.Lead cloud migration initiatives from legacy systems (e.g., on-prem SSIS, TFS, Jenkins) to modern Azure-native platforms with zero downtime and minimal risk.Architect multi-region, high-availability deployment topologies with disaster recovery, rollback mechanisms, and observability integration.Drive automation of data platform delivery, including version-controlled deployment of ADF pipelines, SQL databases, Synapse workspaces, and Power BI datasets/reports.Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level DevOps engineers; foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.Collaborate with cloud architects, data engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business objectives, compliance, and risk frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).Develop and maintain enterprise runbooks, documentation, and incident response playbooks for pipeline failures and outages.Participate in technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept evaluations for emerging DevOps tools and cloud capabilities.Represent the organization in industry forums, internal innovation labs, and client-facing technical workshops.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud automation, and CI/CD engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps Services: Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts, Test Plans, and Extensions.Deep experience with IaC tools: Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates — with large-scale, multi-environment deployments.Proven experience in enterprise-grade CI/CD design, including parallel pipelines, release gates, approvals, and multi-environment synchronization.Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments (Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, Azure Key Vault, RBAC).Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service – AKS), including Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).Familiarity with observability tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and integration with SIEM systems.Experience in data engineering delivery automation — especially for Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS frameworks, with experience leading delivery in large-scale, cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and deliver results under pressure.Benefits:Lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 and global enterprise clients.Work on cutting-edge projects involving AI-driven automation, data platforms, and cloud-native applications.Be part of the AiDE (AI Driven Everything) Platform — a next-generation generative AI enterprise platform — and help shape its DevOps foundation.Drive innovation in DevSecOps, GitOps, and AI-powered pipeline intelligence.Enjoy a high-impact role with visibility at the executive and client level.Access to global learning, certifications, and career advancement in cloud, AI, and engineering leadership.
