Working model: Hybrid

Location: Bandra or on-site if needed

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:0am - 7:00pm

Budget: 30-40k (depending on experience)

Experience: 6+ months


We’re on a mission to provide exceptional customer service in the design world, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who can engage with our customers politely and professionally. You’ll be the key point of contact, helping ensure that every interaction is positive and aligned with ATTIRAIL’s values.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Customer Service Skills 

  • Handling customer queries through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and websites.
  • Ability to understand the ideal customer profile and deliver service that reflects this understanding.

Polite and Empathetic Communication

  • We require someone who can communicate with customers politely and professionally, ensuring that interactions feel friendly.


Organized & Process-Oriented

  • Help form and implement processes that will streamline operations. You’ll be responsible for organising and maintaining customer data, ensuring everything runs efficiently.


Design Background or Inclination

  • A design background or an interest in design is a plus. You’ll work closely with the design team and may need to provide input or suggestions based on customer queries.


Basic Canva Skills

  • Experience with Canva is required, as you’ll occasionally create or copy customer proposals


Administration Management

  • You will also help with attendance management for our organisation
  • Prepare and organise client contracts, project documents, or reports.
  • Help schedule meetings or design consultations for the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, ideally in a design-related or creative field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic design tools.
  • Experience with managing data and creating efficient processes.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, managing your time effectively.
