Academic Counsellor (Closure Specialist)We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. As an Academic Adviser, you will be responsible for making warm calls to potential customers, identifying and qualifying leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.About the Role:Making 100–120 warm calls per dayConducting daily calls with 5 prospects each lasting 20–25 minutesFOLLOW-UPS VIA EMAIL & SYSTEM GENERATED CALLSIDENTIFY AND QUALIFY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH PROVIDED LEADS AND VARIOUS DIGITAL SOURCESVIRTUAL MEETINGS WITH DECISION-MAKERSCRM UPDATES & TEAM COORDINATIONUSE A CONSULTATIVE APPROACH AND FOLLOW UP EXTENSIVELY TO DRIVE CONVERSIONSACCURATELY DOCUMENT INTERACTIONS AND STATUS UPDATES IN THE CRM SYSTEMCOLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCEKey Responsibilities:Making regular contact with potential customers via telephoneQualifying and identifying potential customers through provided leads and digital sourcesCollaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless admissions experienceAccurately documenting interactions and status updates in the CRM systemRequirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively in a team environmentHigh level of organization and time management skillsAbility to accurately document information in the CRM systemBenefits:As an Academic Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
