Selected candidates will undergo structured internal training on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) Core and Learning Management System (LMS) certification. After certification, they will actively participate in client implementations, configurations, and support projects.This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into implementation consultants in the HR Tech domain.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a structured training program on CSoD Core & LMS modules.Successfully complete internal certifications and external CSoD certifications.Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CSoD modules for clients.Assist senior consultants in gathering client requirements and documenting solutions.Contribute to solution design, data migration, reporting, and integration support.Provide ongoing assistance in enhancements, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.Continuously learn and keep up to date with CSoD product releases and best practices.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: B.Tech / B.E.
