Our goal is to create the most compliant, multilingual, and efficient debt-resolution ecosystem in the country.We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our platform MVP — coordinating engineers, data scientists, and integrations across telephony, payments, and analytics.Responsibilities:1. Lead 6–8 member cross-functional tech team through sprints.2. Translate founder vision into actionable specs, user stories, and tickets.3. Drive backend (Node.js), frontend (React), and ML integration tracks.4. Manage vendor integrations (Exotel, Gupshup, Razorpay, etc.).5. Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies; report weekly progress.6. Maintain API documentation, release notes, and sprint dashboards.7. Ensure compliance (RBI/DRA) and security standards are implemented.Required Skills:1. 6–10 years experience in SaaS or fintech product delivery.2. Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices (Jira / Linear).3. Technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, AWS basics.4. Prior experience working with engineering teams and data science projects.5. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.Tech Stack Familiarity Required:1. Languages / Frameworks: Node.js, Python, React basics (not coding, but reading logs)2. Tools: Jira / Linear, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Postman, Swagger3. Infra: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM), Docker basics4. APIs: Twilio / Exotel, Razorpay, Gupshup, REST webhooks5. Data tools: SQL, Metabase, or analytics dashboards6. AI/ML: Familiar with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow workflow7. Security: Encryption, RBAC, audit loggingNice to Have:1. Exposure to payments, reconciliation, or collections systems.2. Prior startup experience or zero-to-one product build.3.
