Dear candidateWE have urgent openings for the post of Billing Engineer.Job Location = Mazgaon, MumbaiFix Salary = 45000 to 50000 per month.Experience = 3 to 5 YearsNote - Joining with in 15 Days.Job descriptionBilling and Documentation:Prepare, review, and submit client invoices and follow up on payments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and payment activities.Prepare & submit variation orders and claims for additional work or changes in scope.Reconcile project costs with budget estimates and report discrepancies.Cost Estimation:Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labour, equipment & overhead costUpdate cost estimates and budgets based on project changes and progress.Project Coordination:Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensureaccurate billing and compliance with contractual terms.Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for management and clients.Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to contract terms andconditions.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.REQUIREMENTBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Proven experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in tendering, cost estimation, and billingin construction industry.Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.Best RegardsRITA MISHRAJob Type: PermanentPay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
