Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in Mumbai. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying. The role includes analyzing construction documents to ensure accurate billing and cost management, as well as collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying
  • Proficient in Billing Systems and conducting Rate Analysis
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Mumbai
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
