Senior Manager Job DescriptionThis role focuses on domain expertise in Insurance and developing digital capabilities.Lead initiatives to develop data and AI capabilities across insurance functions.Collaborate with leadership to define domain/digital capability development requirements and generate buy-in from stakeholders.Oversee change programs to institutionalize domain capabilities, targeting differentiated needs across audience segments.Identify and deploy tools, systems, and resources needed for ongoing domain capability development.Plan and deploy capability development curriculum, certifications, and calendar, creating new learning materials with domain capability as an outcome.Curate learning resources on domain and digital capabilities from online and offline ecosystems; define clear structured learning paths and deploy/tracking.Drive domain and digital thought leadership through research, articles, case studies, industry interactions, and point-of-view sessions both internally and externally by leaders.Analyze gaps between desired and current knowledge states and develop customized training curricula that are scalable and provide a competitive edge.Conduct training need analysis, researching, designing, and developing content such as module outlines, presentations, trainers' guides, participants' guides, and other training materials.Design interactive training aids like activities, role-plays, case studies, etc. to make training sessions more engaging.Ensure the quality of content is maintained according to assigned targets and internal standards.Identify suitable methodologies for training implementation.Train and certify trainers on training modules.Manage training materials and content - regular reviews and updates.End-to-end manage training programs including scheduling, reporting, dashboards, assessments, etc.Deliver pre-process domain trainings across verticals and curate customized domain content aligned with new business areas and geographies.Represent domain capabilities and offerings with external and internal stakeholders.Collect and report data to Business units and internal stakeholders as needed.
