Insurance Software Development ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our team in the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for the insurance industry.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in policy administration and insurance platforms, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex systems.Develop Java / Spring Boot applications supporting business processes such as policy administration, underwriting, billing, and claims.Collaborate closely with product, business, and QA teams to deliver quality software aligned with business objectives.Design and integrate REST APIs, batch jobs, and backend services.Participate in Agile/POD-based delivery, code reviews, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.Required Skills & Experience:5–8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.Strong understanding of US insurance domain concepts, particularly Life Insurance, Annuities, and Policy Administration Systems (PAS).Experience working on or integrating with insurance products/systems used in the US market.Good understanding of SDLC, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries.This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
