Job Title: Virtual Medical Office AssistantWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Medical Office Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.This role requires providing virtual administrative & clinical support to providers and care teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide virtual administrative & clinical support to providers and care teamsManage and update patient data in EHR systems especially Point Click CareManaging calls, and RingCentral settings Schedule patient appointments, follow-upsPrepare and coordinate provider calendars and invoicesOrder labs and medication refills as directedPrepare reports, trackers, and dashboards in MS Excel & Adobe PDFPrepare credentialing packets for providers/facilitiesMonitor, sort & distribute incoming faxes with accurate documentationManage shared email inboxes — organize, sort, and respond to emails promptly and appropriatelyTrack and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks & workflowsCall and email providers for updates, ensuring follow-ups are completed on timeAnalyze and update patient lists to identify preventive care needsUpload, scan, and organize documents into EHR & other applicationsSupport physicians and facilities with additional administrative tasksEnsure strict compliance with HIPAA and organizational standardsRequired Skills & Experience:A degree in Bachelor in Dental Surgery/Bachelor of Pharmacy/MBBS is required.2–3 years of experience in a U.S. medical officeStrong working knowledge of EHR systemsHands-on experience with patient scheduling and clinical workflowsExcellent English communication skills (spoken & written, grammar proficiency)Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, trackers) & other productivity toolsExpertise in Point Click Care and RingCentralStrong organizational and multitasking ability in a remote settingDetail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in problem-solvingEmpathetic and kind in patient and provider interactionsThe job offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth and career development in a 100% remote work environment.Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
