The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolutions for inquiries related to products, services, or orders.Monitor and manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback across social media channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system or ticketing tool for proper tracking and reporting.Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or leadership when necessary.Maintain a customer-first approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction and positive customer experience.Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with experience in social media handling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada or Telugu.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.Proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and social media platforms for customer engagement.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
