Job Title: Senior Underwriting ManagerDescription:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underwriting Manager to lead our underwriting team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.You will also be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly production reports, coordinating activities with other departments, providing recommendations for process improvements and training programs, and resolving complex escalated queries and complaints from external and internal customers.The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting, knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry, excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, negotiations skills and leadership skills. They must also be detail-oriented, analytical, able to make decisions based on situations, and proficient in MS Office applications.
