This individual will be responsible for managing our financial operations with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights.Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with standard accounting principlesManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring seamless cash flowEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliancesPrepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients as necessaryProcess employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and monthly expenses efficientlyReconcile bank statements and company financial records regularlySupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsCoordinate with CA/auditors for filings, audits, and financial reviewsMaintain organized documentation, contracts, and financial recordsProvide timely support to management with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial projectionsE nsure the timely completion of all accounting tasks and compliance-related activitiesRequirements:• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel• Experience with accounting software and systems• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
