Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global IT Projects Sourcing Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong network in the IT industry, who can identify and bring new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to our organization.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and project sourcing, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI). They will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our services, and converting leads into paid projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing: Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets, source new IT project opportunities, and target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition: Build relationships with CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors, pitch our services, and convert leads into paid projects.Proposal & Bidding Support: Coordinate RFP/RFQ submission, provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team, and support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account Ownership: Own the opportunities brought until successful closure, maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations, and ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, business development, or project sourcing.An understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.The ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.BenefitsWe offer a high commission-based earning model, with opportunities for growth and conversions.
