Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative for US based clients, located in Nashik. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking / rescheduling / cancelling appointments, attending to questions regarding billing statements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer communication, resolving issues, offering information about our products and services, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Good spoken english, ONLY experienced candidates with US / UK clients apply.
Experience in US medical billing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
