Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales growth across India and the APAC region.About Our Ideal CandidateA minimum of 8–10+ years experience in enterprise/IT/cybersecurity sales (OEM or SI experience preferred)5+ yrs exp. should be sales with a strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: NGFW, SIEM, IAM, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, MITRE, NIST, ISO 27001Proven track record selling cybersecurity solutions and exceeding quotasExcellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skillsCybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plusKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the cybersecurity sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closureBuild strong enterprise relationships with C-suite + strategic decision-makersWork with pre-sales, product, and marketing to position solutions: Zero Trust, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, OT Security, SASE, AI-driven securityTrack pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygieneRepresent the company at key events, conferences, and industry forumsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation & high-performance incentivesGrowth opportunities in a fast-scaling cybersecurity businessWork with senior leadership across APAC
