Job Title: Enterprise Wi-Fi Support SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Wi-Fi Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that enterprise-level customers have a positive experience with their Wi-Fi networking services.Key ResponsibilitiesTo address customer issues and provide guidance and support as needed.To identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance of Wi-Fi networks.To work closely with internal teams, including sales and product management, to ensure seamless delivery of services.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and knowledge of Wi-Fi networking systems, including:Wi-Fi expertise: Strong understanding of Wi-Fi protocols, standards, and technologies used in Wi-Fi networking.Network design and configuration: Ability to design and configure Enterprise Wi-Fi networks that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.Security: Knowledgeable in Wi-Fi security protocols and best practices, with ability to configure and manage wireless security features.Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot network issues and identify problems with Wi-Fi network infrastructure.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical customers.Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, including ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a range of benefits, including:A competitive salary package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.OthersThe role requires a minimum of 2 to 8 years' experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi and wireless technologies, with knowledge of L2 and L3 protocol and security, tunnelling and network service protocols and Quality of Service (QoS) networking preferred. Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Network Design Engineer or Customer Success Engineer is also preferred.
