Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for daily administration of the platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.Key Responsibilities:Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Maintain data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Domain Separation: Manage multi-tenant environments, configure domain-specific settings, and troubleshoot domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day technical configuration, including form building, report creation, and dashboard development.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure proper access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and manage platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide primary support for end-users and internal teams, investigating and resolving technical issues.Workflow & Automation: Gather stakeholder requirements and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows.Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.Hands-on experience with CMDB and Domain Separation.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Benefits:Opportunities for growth and professional development.Cutting-edge projects using latest technologies.Flexible work arrangements and remote work options.
