Job OverviewThe Administration and Technical Leadership role combines administration and technical leadership for financial consolidation systems and planning platforms.Core Responsibilities:Configure models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes to ensure system integrity and optimize consolidation processes.Manage integrations with Datawarehouse and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to drive automation and reporting improvements.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions to support data management workflows.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls to triage and resolve load exceptions.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies to support business requirements.Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across the platform.Coordinate with IT on schema changes, performance, and data lineage to document interfaces and SLAs.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal) to manage versions, locks, and workflow.Drive tie-outs to other systems and legacy reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists to lead user enablement and office hours.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support to end-users.Key Performance Indicators:Maintain metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances to ensure financial accuracy.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings to support data integration and automation.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting to meet regulatory requirements.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
