The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.


Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Responsible for driving Sales for your region by developing Sales Strategies, increasing Business scope and spectrum of services.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
  • Developing relationships with Channel partners & providing them technical and service support.
  • Support and guide the project sales team on project execution through channel partners.
  • Informing and training the Channel Partners and their team on new product developments and product specifications.
  • To work with customer care team to resolve product queries and deliveries.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes of marketing strategies.
  • Compiling and analys sales figures.
  • Analys customer feedback and market research.
  • Brand Positioning, Designing of in store Branding in alignment with strategic direction and leveraging consumer insights. To execute branding and marketing activities in your region.


Desired Candidate Skill :-


  • Should have good Relationship Management skills.
  • Preference will be given to who have worked in Home Decor/Home Furnishing or Home Automation Organization.
  • Should be at least graduate or MBA in Marketing.
  • Required at least 8-10 years of relevant experience with Southern India Market.
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
