Job Title: Senior Lead - Brand Marketing
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
You will be responsible for driving brand strategy, amplifying brand positioning, and delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with Angel One’s growth ambitions. This role requires a seasoned brand marketer who is both creative and analytical, and who understands the pulse of digital-first and Tier 2/3 consumers in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Lead the development and execution of a robust brand strategy aligned with Angel One’s growth goals and customer segments.
Strengthen Angel One’s unique brand identity and voice in the fintech space, focusing on empowerment and leadership in digital investing.
Campaign Management:
Conceptualize and oversee high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and ATL/BTL channels, enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns aligned with product launches, sponsorships, and key business milestones, like our IPL sponsorship.
Creative Leadership:
Drive the creative vision for the brand, ensuring all content and campaigns reflect Angel One’s values and resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with creative and media agencies to produce best-in-class brand assets, from social media content to video and display ads.
Consumer Insights & Market Research:
Leverage consumer insights and data to shape brand strategies and campaigns, focusing on digital-native audiences and underserved Tier 2/3 cities.
Conduct regular brand health tracking and sentiment analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategy.
Digital and Social Media Presence:
Spearhead digital-first initiatives, enhancing Angel One’s social media footprint and engagement with diverse audiences.
Create content that builds brand loyalty, educates users on investing, and engages audiences around events like Muhurat trading.
Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships:
Oversee strategic partnerships, such as Angel One’s iPL sponsorship, ensuring alignment with brand values and maximum ROI.
Build and nurture relationships with key industry players to enhance Angel One’s visibility and positioning in the market.
Team Development & Leadership:
Lead and mentor a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive environment, encouraging fresh ideas and continuous learning within the brand team.
Budgeting & Performance Measurement:
Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for optimal impact.
Use KPIs and performance analytics to track campaign success, adjust strategies as needed, and report results to leadership.
Who you are:
Experience: 15+ years in brand management, ideally within the fintech, technology, or consumer-facing sectors.
Education: Master’s or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Skills: Strong storytelling, digital acumen, leadership, and analytical abilities.
Personality: Smart, savvy, and passionate about building a high-growth, consumer-centric brand.
