Ltd. is an ISO 9001, 27001, CMMI Level 3, AIR-empanelled, DAVP-empanelled (Print & Multimedia), and full INS-accredited advertising agency with its corporate office in New Delhi and branches in Mumbai, Lucknow, Prayagraj, and Jaipur.As a leading integrated communication agency, we collaborate with Government Ministries, PSUs, and large-scale institutional clientsto deliver impactful creative solutionsacross print, digital, and multimedia platforms.We are looking for aCreative Content Managerwho can combine strategic thinking with creative storytelling to drive impactful communication campaigns for Government and PSU clients.Role OverviewThe Creative Content Manager will lead the ideation, development, and execution of content strategies across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategies for Government and PSU communication campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.Lead creative ideation sessions and conceptualize campaign themes, taglines, and messaging frameworks.Write, edit, and review high-quality content including ad copy, scripts, articles, brochures, social media posts, and campaign narratives.Ensure all content adheres to Government communication norms, brand guidelines, and approval protocols.Collaborate with the design, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive campaign outputs.Manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality consistency across mediums.Oversee translation, proofreading, and versioning of multilingual campaign materials when required.Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement to optimize content effectiveness.Coordinate with production and digital teams to ensure alignment between creative content and final deliverables.Stay updated on trends in Government communication, public outreach, and digital engagement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, English, or Marketing6+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative communication, preferably within an advertising agency h andling Government/PSU clients.Strong command of English and Hindi (writing and editing).Excellent understanding of public information campaigns, social awareness content, a nd Government communication tone.Proven ability to conceptualize and manage large-scale campaigns from ideation to execution.Familiarity with digital content formats, SEO, and social media trends.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.Portfolio showcasing diverse campaign content, particularly Government or institutional work.Why Join Us?Be part of a reputed, multi-certified agency delivering national-level campaigns.Lead content strategy for high-impact Government and PSU projects.Work with a dynamic creative team that values innovation, precision, and purpose-driven storytelling.Excited for the role?
