Ourleadership teamcomprises seasoned professionals fromBain & Co.andKPMG . Role Overview We’re looking for afull-time Creative Leadto join our team at Sotrue. This role is ideal for adesign-driven thinkerwho can bring beauty, clarity, and consistency across all brand touchpoints — frompackaging and campaign storytelling to social media content and visual identity. As the creative head for the brand, you’ll lead a talented design team and shape how Sotrue shows up visually in the world. Key Responsibilities Own and evolveSotrue’s visual identityacross all mediums and channels. Overseepackaging design and developmentfor new product launches. Leadsocial media shoots, photography, and video content directionto ensure brand consistency. Manage and mentor ateam of designers, editors, and 3D visualizers . Collaborate closely withgrowth, marketing, and product teamsto bring creative ideas to life. Ensure all visual outputs maintainhigh aesthetic standardsand align with the brand tone. Stay updated withdesign, beauty, and content trendsto keep Sotrue’s creative edge sharp. Qualifications 5+ years of experience inbranding, packaging design, or creative direction . Strongaesthetic sense, attention to detail, and leadership mindset . Proven ability to manage creative teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Experience inbeauty, skincare, or lifestyle brandsis a strong advantage. Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
