Good Vibes Entertainment is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to shape the voice, look, and storytelling for high-velocity, youth-first brands. If you don’t just follow trends—but create them—let’s talk.What you’ll doOwn the creative direction for social across IG, You Tube, Facebook & X—end to end from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish.Build thumb-stopping content pillars (reels, explainers, promos, UGC, live commerce) that ladder up to business goals.Lead concepting for campaigns, launches, and creator collabs; turn insights into platform-native ideas.Oversee influencer/creator programs—shortlist talent, brief them, co-create content, and measure ROI.Partner with writers, designers, editors, production & account teams to ship consistently excellent work.Review, refine, and approve output; maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new formats.Use data to iterate—A/B test hooks, CTAs, edits; report what worked and what we’ll try next.You’re someone whoBrings 3–5 years in social/content/influencer/creative roles (agency experience preferred).Is fluent in visual + verbal storytelling and knows how to connect creative to KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, view-through, cost-per-view, conversions).Understands youth culture, gaming/esports, tech, memes, and trend cycles—and knows when not to chase them.Is a doer and a leader: you can brief clearly, give actionable feedback, and roll up your sleeves when needed.Nice to haveExperience in photography, video direction, or art direction.Comfort with live shoots, studio setups, and creator-led productions.Relationships with creators/talent agencies; experience in lifestyle/tech/culture spaces.Tools you’re comfy withAdobe CC (Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop), Cap Cut, Figma, Google Workspace/Notion/Asana (or similar), Meta Business Suite/You Tube Studio; basic analytics literacy.CTC7-10 LPA, depending on the experienceLocation & working modelOn-site from our New Delhi office (full-time).Email your portfolio + CV to (CC: ).Include a short paragraph on why we should hire you and 2–3 links to work you’re proud of.
