Role OverviewWe’re looking for aCreative Content Strategistwho lives at the intersection ofideas and impact. Someone who can take a brief and turn it into content that doesn’t just look good — itperforms, converts, and builds belief. You’ll own the storytelling engine of Sova — leading theideation, scripting, and executionof performance-driven campaigns that push creative boundaries and fuel growth. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & IdeationDevelop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. Conceptualize creative ideas forads, social media, and brand campaignsthat spark emotion and action. Identify storytelling opportunities across Meta, YouTube, Google, email, and website. ⚡ Creative ExecutionOwn the production of50 unique video creatives per month— from script to shoot to launch. Writescripts, ad copies, and taglinesoptimized for thumb-stopping performance. Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams for on-time, high-quality delivery. Oversee the creative direction during shoots to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Performance-Driven ApproachPartner with the performance marketing team to linkcreative storytelling to revenue outcomes. Track and improve metrics likehook rate, CTR, engagement, and conversions. RunA/B testsand refine creative strategy based on insights and results.Collaboration & Brand AlignmentWork cross-functionally withMarketing, Nutrition, and Designteams for seamless brand messaging. Ensure every creative asset reflects Sova’s tone, personality, and design ethos. Stay on top of content trends and the evolving digital landscape in health and wellness.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue growth driven by creative performance. Consistent improvement in ad metrics —hook rate, CTR, engagement, conversion. Delivery of 50+ unique, high-quality video creatives monthly. Brand consistency and creative innovation.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree inMarketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. Overall Work experience of 6 years or more with a minimum of 3 yearsof relevant experience in content strategy, creative direction, (D2C or wellness preferred) Experience working at a Creative agency and (or) Health & Wellness Brands preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience invideo-first content creation(Meta / YouTube ads). Excellentwriting, conceptual thinking, and storytellingability. Strong understanding ofdigital ad metrics and consumer psychology. Hands-on with fast turnarounds and data-backed creative iterations.
