Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in
Rajasthan
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in
Rajasthan .Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.Identify new market opportunities and ensure the growth of market share in the region.Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Familiarity with the
Rajasthan
market and its consumer behavior.Existing relationships with key distributors and retailers in the region.
