We are looking to employ adriven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales withinan assigned geographical area and guide a team of field salesrepresentatives. The area sales managers responsibilities includedelivering presentations to potential and existing customersevaluating the performance of the sales team and preparing concisesales reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modifycustomer frequency plans as needed.

Tobe successful as an area sales manager you should be committed todriving sales and adept at managing a sales team. Ultimately anoutstanding area sales manager should demonstrate exceptionalanalytical problemsolving and customer service skills at alltimes.

AreaSales ManagerResponsibilities:
Managingtraining and providing overall guidance to the sales team of anassigned territory.
Settingreasonable sales targets to be achieved by the salesteam.
Monitoring the performanceof the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed salestargets.
Collecting customerfeedback and providing updates to seniormanagement.
Traveling to potentialand existing customers within an assigned sales area to presentcompany offerings and build brandawareness.
Utilizing outboundtelephone calls email communications and facetoface meetings withcustomers to closesales.
Developing and sustaininglongterm relationships withcustomers.
Implementing a salesmanagement process to assist the sales team in identifying andprioritizing key customers andprospects.
Area Sales ManagerRequirements:
Bachelors degree inmarketing communications business management or related field ispreferred.
Proven salesexperience; sectorspecific sales experience ispreferred.
Proven track record ofmeeting sales quotas.
Proficientin all Microsoft Officeapplications.
Excellent managementleadership and organizationalskills.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Outstandingnegotiation and consultative salesskills.
Effective communicationskills.
Exceptional customerservice skills.

Developing content for blogs, course descriptions, social media,and the company website. Conducting in-depth research onindustry-related topics in order to develop original content.Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Editing andpolishing existing content to improve readability. Creatingcompelling headlines to attract the target audience. Identifyingcustomers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in thecompany's current content. Bachelor's degree in communications,Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field. Proven contentwriting or copywriting experience. Working knowledge of contentmanagement systems. Proficient in all Microsoft Officeapplications. Excellent writing and editing skills.
